Individual Counselling

Counseling is a place where you can be seen and heard in your experience, whatever that is, by an empathetic witness and supported with how to move forward.

That might look like learning how to communicate from an authentic place, developing a deeper connection with yourself, or understanding why problems are showing up for you and how to navigate those in a way that supports your emotional, physical, spiritual or mental wellness.

Counseling is a place where you can show up as you are, without feeling the need to meet expectations. I offer online counselling to individuals needing support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, attachment wounds, and trauma.

I aim to make my counselling practice one that meets you where you are at, and cultivates safety within our therapeutic alliance. Therapeutic fit is one of the most integral aspects of therapy, so before booking any sessions I’d love to meet you, to make sure I can support your needs at this point in time. After our discovery call, if you feel we’re a good therapeutic fit, we’ll book an initial intake session to explore your background and initial concerns. We will also cover confidentiality and any of the limitations and challenges that may surface within the therapeutic process.

I generally recommend starting with 1 session per week so you have continuity of care.

The fee for individual therapy 50-minute sessions is $100 per session.

The fee for individual therapy 80-minute sessions is $150 per session.
